Plant DNA Kit

The Plant DNA Mini Kit is designed for efficient recovery of genomic DNA up to 30 kb in size from fresh, frozen, or dried plant tissue samples rich in polysaccharides, polyphenols or having a lower DNA content.

This DNA extraction kit processes plant samples by grinding in liquid nitrogen followed by Lysis buffer incubation. The lysate is treated with RNase A then filtered to remove cell debris and salt precipitates. In the presence of the binding buffer, coupled with chaotropic salt, genomic DNA in the lysate binds to the glass fiber matrix of the spin column. Contaminants are removed using a Wash Buffer (containing ethanol) and the purified genomic DNA is eluted by a low salt Elution Buffer .Purified DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction digestion, and hybridization techniques.

Blood and Cell Culture DNA Kit

Blood and Cell Culture DNA Kit is designed for rapid and efficient purification of genomic DNA (gDNA) from blood, body fluids (amniotic fluid, saliva, lymph), and mammalian cells. Sample sources include fresh and frozen whole blood treated with common anticoagulants such as citrate, EDTA and heparin.

In addition plasma, serum, buffy coat, bone marrow, lymphocytes, platelets, and body fluid samples can also be used. The system combines the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of the matrix with the speed and versatility of spin column technology to yield high quality of gDNA with the OD260/OD 280 ratio of 1.8-2.0 .Purified DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction digestion, and hybridization techniques.

Bacterial DNA Kit

The Bacterial DNA Kit allows the rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality total cellular DNA from a wide variety of gram positive and negative bacterial species. This kit uses optimized Lysis condition and up to 1 x 109 bacterial cells can be processed for each column. Bacterial cells are grown to log-phase and harvested.

The cell wall is removed by lysozyme digestion followed by protease digestion. Following Lysis, binding conditions are adjusted and the sample is applied to a DNA spin-column.

Two rapid wash steps remove trace salts and protein contaminants, and DNA is finally eluted in water or Elution Buffer. Purified genomic DNA is of an excellent quality and yield, and is fully compatible with restriction enzyme digestions, sequencing, PCR, qPCR and more.

Plasmid DNA Kit

The PCR purification kit is designed for rapid purification of single-stranded or double-stranded PCR amplification products from other components in the reactions, It is able to effectively remove PCR by-products including primers, dimers, enzymes, unincorporated nucleotides and mineral oil from the desired PCR product.

The purified PCR products are fully compatible with restriction enzyme digestion, ligation into vectors, labeling, sequencing and more. This kit can also be used as an alternative to organic extraction and ethanol precipitation to clean up various enzymatic reactions.

Insect DNA Kit

The Insect DNA Kit is designed for efficient recovery of genomic DNA up to 60 kb in size from insects, arthropods, roundworms, flatworms, invertebrates.

Insects are ground in Chilled mortar & pestle with PBS and are subjected to lysis by Proteinase K and chaotropic salt solution. Following lysis DNA is bound to the Silica membrane.

A subsequent wash step eliminates trace salts & other contaminants to yield highly purified DNA suitable for downstream applications such as endonuclease digestion, thermal cycle amplification, and hybridization techniques.

Tissue DNA Kit

The Tissue DNA Kit offers a simple, rapid, and cost-effective method for the isolation of DNA from a wide variety of sample sources include fresh or frozen animal cells and tissues. Proteinase K and chaotropic salt are used to lyse cells and degrade protein, allowing DNA to be easily bound by the glass fiber matrix of the genomic DNA spin column.

Once any contaminants have been removed, using a Wash Buffer (containing ethanol), the purified DNA is eluted by a low salt Elution Buffer, TE or water and is ready for use in a variety of downstream applications .There is no need for phenol/chloroform extractions or time-consuming steps such as precipitation with isopropanol or ethanol.

Soil DNA Kit

The Soil DNA Kit is formulated to isolate high purity cellular DNA from soil samples typically containing humic acid and other inhibitors of PCR. This kit uses a novel and proprietary method to isolate genomic DNA from a variety of environmental samples without organic extractions.

This kit has been successfully used to isolate DNA from Gram-positive and -negative bacteria, fungi, yeast, and algae that inhabit a range of samples including clay, sandy, peaty, chalky, or loamy soil samples. Isolated DNA can be used for most downstream applications, including PCR, Southern blot, and NGS analysis.
